Withdrawing from an event or in the event of show cancellation

Email notification to scottponton001@aol.com prior to close of Show Entries,

48 hours for Arena Hire.

1. Entries can be transferred to another event.

2. Entries can be placed in credit for you. (You would then email us to use your credits)

3. Entries can be refunded minus the £1.50 Equine Affairs Booking Fee and 10% Admin Fee.

Once times time have been released transfer/refund of entries is unavailable, this includes covid, doc/vet certificates and traffic issues.

The above policy is for all shows unless stated differently within the event schedule and includes late entries.
